PURCHASING & DELIVERY
All orders are processed within 1 business day and normally shipped within 2-4 business days. Deliveries take on average 15-30 business days and in rare cases 30+ business days
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA.
Other countries can take an estimated 2-4 weeks due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY
1. ALL PRODUCTS COME WITH A FREE REPLACEMENT
Warranty for 30 days from purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
2. IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.
3. FOR DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
Please take photos or videos and email us at – hello@tastyshred.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
4. PLEASE NOTE:
This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
